Nice place. Clean. Quiet. Comfy bed. Had good water pressure, tea/coffee, kettle, safe, TV, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, and dishes. Helpful instructions for late night check in. Offered hotel pickup and tours for additional fee. My driver from airport was great. Great location. I'd stay here again.

We took family room for 4, unfortunately we got 4 single beds that one of them was a sofa very hard to sleep on. There are better rooms with big beds but we didn’t get them. The apartment located perfectly close to everything so that’s the good. No air conditioning in the room and krakow is very hot in the summer

Fantastic time, accommodation was excellent Staff very friendly and helpful, we arrived late and reception was closed, but we received a very detailed message with check in instructions and were in our rooms within 10mins.Reception staff (Joanna) could not have been more helpful throughout our stay, we would certainly reccomend these apparments

Conveniently located close to Old City and Vavel Royal Castle. There was no problem with the street parking and there was a 24/7 secure parking nearby. The only issue was a lack of elevator, but the price definitely made up for it. I recommended this place to my family and friends.

On the plus side the service was excellent in most parts, the location is fantastic and the size of the apartment is brilliant. Negatives are the flat is a little tired, the bathroom sink unit is flaking. The apartment is not serviced and there are no cleaning items so at the end of the week it was starting to need a good clean. No recycling options. Limited kitchen equipment. All small niggles compared with the pluses. We really enjoyed our stay.
