"Excellent location. You can walk to most popular tourist spots from this hotel. Staff polite, kind , friendly Hotel room looks dated, tired. Room was boiling hot but staff unable to help as Aircon is set to heating mode . Nobfan available in hotel. I did open the window and it was ok. I didn't try the breakfast. Will I stay here again I would say yes for the excellent location and excellent staff. They helped me with booking tour. Hotel can do with with renovation."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful and kept incredibly clean throughout our stay. Those hot springs were truly to die for and provided the perfect way to unwind. We were also blown away by how great the breakfast options were. It felt like a little slice of heaven tucked away from the busy world. Everything about the experience made for such a relaxing and memorable getaway."

"Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is they couldn’t find my reservation. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Make sure you show them the booking number on the document they message you on Expedia. Without that they might not find it."
