"Actually we like everythg about the hotel.. The service was very impeccable. Quiet environment amongst the noisy and happening mongkok. Sheltered walkway to Langham mall and shopping areas. Handy to have a pharmacy right opposite so helps when my boy had stomach upset n we can get some meds"

Feb 5, 2020To me, the environment in Yau Tsim Mong, Kowloon, is relatively familiar and deeply intimate. You can easily reach area for eating or shopping; or take the high-speed rail to the mainland or HK Airport MTR to the airport, saving you a lot of time.

Jan 24, 2020Kowloon is intense. It feels more like New York or Tokyo than Taipei or Shanghai. The street pattern is tricky -- you really need a map, and a GPS-based navigation is a huge help. Dorsett Mongkok will give you a phone for that: use it!
