"This place is a piece of heaven and the pictures don't do justice. The hosts are incredibly nice and always checked and made sure we are happy and have everything. The house inside is beautiful ( traditional cretan) and clean with lots of space, confortable beds, very cool compared with other places we've stayed. Yes it has AC but we didn't have to use it after a hot day at the beach. Brilliant location for visiting lots of places, amazing view and privacy, good size swimming pool and a incredible wildlife around the house and the lake. We just spent evenings in the garden listening to the birds and other animals around. The house has its own cat( Skia) - which means Shadow which is so lovely and polite. Nikos it's the best host and such an incredible guy and for that reason we highly recommend this place. Thank you guys for having us, will miss you lots. "I had a lovely stay here and would come again. I will say that while the property is clean and the staff take care of it, it does need a little lick of paint here and there but overall it is a beautiful location and a true place to relax and recoup. I was disappointed that there wasn't yoga classes as posted, but I was able to book a private class with a teacher, who was great. Booked with their masseuse a few times as she was WONDERFUL (Rose if I remember rightly) Handy swimming pool right outside my room (salt). And a little general store on site which after realizing that Plakias is a 15min drive away, was good to have on hand. Scuba diving in the cove was gorgeous and there was a little spot you could jump straight into the ocean near the main pool. The cove is not the beach however, the walk to the beach is about 20 minutes and up some very steep stairs. The view is amazing, but I'd recommend wearing solid walking shoes as there is loose gravel/rocks and the drop to the ocean is sheer. The entertainment was mediocre to be honest, and the location would benefit from a karaoke night in my opinion. All-inclusive does not include all drinks, beer and wine only. But the food was decent enough to not bother going into the town except for a treat. Great nudist beach nearby in Plakias, with regular beach down the road. Lovely little town. "

"The villa is situated about an hour and a half from Chania airport. The journey is easy but there is a short period of an off road track just before you get to the villa. The villa was exactly as it looks in the pictures. The owner Nickolaos was absolutely lovely, he made sure we had arrived safely and had left a few essentials at the villa for us on arrival. He was available for any questions or requests we had and was so prompt with the responses. The village is literally 6 mins away with restaurants, bars and a number of supermarkets. The only issue we had were really strong winds most days which blew through the picturesque mountainswe were situated in. Lovely holiday"
