Room was very clean and the view from the balcony was awesome.
Breakfast buffet was varied and always delicious including cooked to order omelets.
The hotel is located in a very nice forest setting and is close to all main attractions and has a shuttle to and from the station. .

"A must stay for anyone in Karuizawa! The room was plenty big enough for one or two people, staff were very helpful. I rented an e bike for 2500 yen for the day which was great to get around and do some sightseeing. The outside private onsen was a great way to end the day, I’d recommend booking in the morning to make sure you have your preferred spot."
