This holiday home is close to the beach in Koudekerke, Zealand. Featuring 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 8. This child friendly abode is perched within a park like area with a garden and terrace.

Your children can use the play area in the attic featuring TV, DVD player and beanbags. Indulge in hiking in the surrounding area on cycle paths. Explore the surrounding beaches and forests.

As far as a cultural expedition is concerned, set out to explore neighbouring cities such asMiddelburg, Vlissingen and Zierikzee.

The owner has generously provided for WiFi and has also given access to the small beach house for the guests to store their belongings in the summer months of May to September.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 20 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit vakantiehuis! De tuin was perfect voor onze kinderen om rond te rennen, en het speelgedeelte op de zolder hield ze urenlang bezig, Het strand is super dichtbij, wat een bonus was, Ik wou alleen dat de WiFi iets sneller was, maar al met al een geweldige verblijf

Dicht am Meer. Trotzdem weit weg, von irgendwelchen dicht bebauten Turisten-Zentren oder Appartments. Man hat ausreichend Eigensphäre. Ab und zu laufen Fußgänger entlang des, am Haus entlang verlaufenden, Weges. (Für Pizza-Liebhaber es gibt kein Backofen. Die Grill-Mikrowelle tut es aber einigermassen auch.) Die Dusche ist extrem groß ... für ältere bzw. Behinderte gut geeignet. Das Haus liegt strategisch gut zwischen vielen wunderschönen Städten (Gent/Brügge/Antwerpen usw.)

Heel prettig ontvangen, heldere uitleg. Hele fijne locatie, mooie zonnige woonkamer. Heel fijn de kleur geel in het huis. Wij waren met 5 personen, 2 kleine kinderen die beneden konden slapen en 3 ouderen die boven konden slapen. Dat was prettig want de trap naar boven is wel onveilig voor hele kleine kinderen. Heerlijk in de tuin in de zon kunnen zitten, maar ook schaduw desgewenst. Rustig park. Fijn de fietsen erbij en absolute bonus is het strandhuisje. Wat een genot.

Het is een park met huisjes maar ook een bos. Door de variatie in huisjes voelt het helemaal niet als een vakantiepark. Vanuit de voordeur kijk je recht de weilanden in, en binnen tien minuten sta je boven op de duinen. Een heerlijke plek. Het huisje is uitstekend geoutilleerd, veel apparatuur, bestek, alle mogelijke pannen. In de woon/eetkamer is het heel erg licht door de dakramen, op de foto van de voorkant niet goed te zien. In de schuur staan twee vrij nieuwe fietsen met tassen en kaarten van de regio. Vriendelijke ontvangst, mooi schoon, goed te verwarmen. En dat alles op een kwartiertje fietsen van Vlissingen-Centrum. Ik zie ons er nog wel eens terugkomen.
