"Clean and comfortable. Had everything except a dishwasher, but for the price it was really good. Lots of little extras. I especially like that there was good lighting for working, and two clothes airers for winter clothes drying. Nice grounds. There were a few minor things that need repair, but did not worry me. Only thing, which I am sure was just a housekeeping oversight, was there was only one toilet roll for my 5 night stay. "

The location is excellent, with walking access to the lake, foreshore, bbqs, playground, waterpark, cycleways etc. Walk to the impressive SAM arts complex with cafe. "We had a 19 baby boy with us and on arrival I was told that he shouldn’t be with us. Children were not accepted and the booking would have been rejected if included in the booking. This put us off immediately and made us uncomfortable the entire stay. "

"Good sunny property suitable for families or groups, with fully equipped kitchen and 3 toilets and comfortable beds. However, it was very dirty, visible dirt on carpets, Bathroom /toilet doors had yellow urine splash stains around handles; toilet brush and holder had poo and urine on it; appliances had handprints; lamps had blown globes: a doona had a large yellow stain. It was very cold with no extra blankets provided. The electric blanket provided was thrown into top of cupboard so not game to...

"This was the perfect place for us to rest and rejuvenate. Clean and very tastefully decorated, with a roomy kitchenette and very effective and cozy fireplace. The only downside is getting all your gear up the stairs, but worth it as there is a large balcony from which to view the happenings of the Main Street. Perfectly placed to wander around town and the wharf precinct. We would definitely stay again."
