"The breakfast was fresh and plenty of options, staff friendly and helpful. Location is a little far from the old town. I used bolt scooter, it was a cheapest option for me. Room was just OK, bathroom was dark and had some, look like, black mold in the shower stall. My windows were facing road construction, so I was up at 7 am every morning 🙄. Other than that it's fine."

"Stayed here for opening week of Oktoberfest ! Only 15 min away from festival grounds and super easy to get a taxi to and from. Rooms were pretty big + the restaurant was amazing ! Staff was very helpful ! I’ll be recommending to all friends planning a trip."

"Great distance from U-bahn and easy to find ! I chose it, so it would be easy by U-bahn from Oktoberfest, and after only 15-20 minutes - we were at the hotel. Excellent breakfast selection, we were very satisfied with the food. And easy to buy some late-night snacks/drinks in the self-scan kiosk. We´re comming back !"

"The property was well maintained and the rooms were quite nice save for some wallpaper starting to peel etc but plenty of space for our needs. A little attention to detail (fresh towels even if room not being cleaned, refill coffee supplied) and the space can be really quite enjoyable. The WIFI was terrible. Did not reach our room. Front desk gave us a different QR code to try but it was not much better. Not in the best part of town but the pricing reflects that and there is plenty of public transit options."

"The hotel is very nice and modern and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is an odd smell in the room that was also at another cocoon hotel that we stayed at as well almost like something coming from the drains. But overall, it’s a very safe clean new hotel"

"The staff was very helpful. I had a mobility scooter delivered due to an injury and they were very accommodating and helpful. It's close to the bus and train making getting around easy. The breakfast was perfect to start the day with. This is not a glamourous hotel but it is clean, quite and friendly. I'd stay here again."
