I made a mistake of booking this hotel instead of booking a similar named hotel in the neighborhood that I was hoping to book. Hotel management is rude and unfriendly. "This property has an excellent view of nearby tea plantation, has good parking space once we drove up the steep ramp. However, the rooms were not ready even 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time. The staff were cleaning rooms; with beds from multiple rooms in corridors; unclean bathrooms, broken bathroom door. Overall, it felt like not managed by professionals."
