"Great place, quiet, secluded beach, close enough to shops and restaurants at Varkala Beach- 100-200 rupees in a tuk tuk.
Hotel staff go out of their way to help you, they arranged our transport wherever we wanted to go and prices were fantastic"

Rating it poorly because of poor management. Never stayed in a place where they charge you for misplaced 2nd door keycard and for a slightly stained bath towel.
