You're literally steps away from the sea (the perfect, crystal clear, warm sea...) and the house itself is immaculate and has everything you could need. Kostas is an incredible host. "It started badly. It took 4 attempts to get check in details via 3 different people. Then, when we arrived at the admittedly charming location, things unravelled further. the very first thing that hit us was a fusty smell of neglect as we opened the door. We do not think the description or the website is accurate. Far from being - as promised - a charming holiday cottage with a warm and cosy atmosphere - it is a rundown, cramped, shabby bungalow in desperate need of maintenance. The woodwork...

"A small gem set in unspoilt countryside with breathtaking sea views. We had a lovely time in the house of Dilly, who is an absolutely charming host. It's just five minutes from the beach and the friendly little port of Agios Nikolaos. Lots of great walks in the area and excellent restaurants. Lovely experience, we'll be back with great pleasure. "Le logement était fonctionnel, les 2 chambres étaient complètement séparées et n’étaient pas communicantes. Ce qui est considéré comme une troisième chambre est finalement le salon, situé au même endroit que la cuisine. Le logement était assez propre mais je pense qu’il n’avait pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps. Le jardin était très agréable et le terrain de volley a fait plaisir à toute la famille, donc si vous comptez vous balader dans les superbes environs, ce logement est adéquat !"

"First the positive - it was in a lovely location which we know well as we have been twice to the area - very close walking to the beach, the sea views near, plenty of space inside and a lovely living room. Good size beds. Good annexe for my teenage son to escape to. Things that could have been better were - we did not receive code for entry so thought we were being met and we were not - I had to call. No house book so we did not know how things worked which is very unhelpful re heating, water...
