"Hotel Astoria Kotor is a beautiful property in one of the amazing squares of Kotor, an old palace facing an old palace - we had a view up the mountains to the old church. Very comfortable room, amazing staff and huge breakfast included. Only downside of Kotor (not the Astoria) is the parking - its nuts."

"Really nice place and fairly close to the front gate. It's super central in the old town. Parking was busy, but not as bad as Dubrovnik. Music at night was a little loud, but the bed was comfy and was able to tune it out. The staff were superb and the complimentary breakfast was pretty amazing."

"The hotel Monte Cristo was stunning - old stone walls and our room looked like a Venetian queen’s bedroom, while also retaining a cozy atmosphere. Huge thanks go to staff for helping secure sparkling wine and cake for our engagement night and offering a free breakfast upgrade! We loved staying up all night at our window watching the square below. Thanks for making our special day so wonderful :)"

"Great location in center of old town, modernized historic hotel. First night our AC was making lots of noise and we complained and immediately got moved to an upgraded nicer room. Hotel is not easy to access, requires walking from main road through city gates into city, cars not allowed so keep in mind if you have lots of luggage. Excellent buffett breakfast and 24/7 coffee and tea. Nearest parking is cruise port which is across road and costs about $20euros a day. Tons of restaurants and...
