"Direkt nach der Ankunft haben wir im ganzen Haus Staub gesaugt - überall tote Fliegen. Und es kamen wieder Fliegen irgendwo her - wieder im Haus. Sehr erschreckend - trotz toller Lage in der Natur. Das Haus an sich war schön und gut eingerichtet. In den Nachbar-Häusern wohnten einige polnische Bauarbeiter, die abends gegen 21 Uhr einkehrten und gegen 06 Uhr ihre Transporter beladen haben und wieder gefahren sind. Das alles ist kein Urlaub auf dem Lande für uns. Wir sind nach 1 "Nacht" wieder...

"One of the best hotels I stayed in. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding! It had everything you could ever want. And if it wasn't there, the great staff was willing to get it for you. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night. Anklam itself is not very exciting, but it seems to be nice for outdoor activities."

"It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to the first floor but they just didnt care!Also its was dirty and honestly ild rather pay 20 euro more a night and go somewhere better if i knew how terrible it will be"
