"The hotel itself was beautiful, well maintained and clean. There's a nice bar/restaurant on the main floor.
The room we booked (Exclusive Studio Suite) was not the one we got. The owner (?)/man at the front desk said that we paid for the Deluxe Double Room. I showed him the confirmation from hotels.com and he still said that wouldn't be the price for the room (that it was more in zloty) and that there was something wrong with the way it was advertised on the site. That was very disappointing. "

"We didn’t know what to expect as we booked a last minute stay on our European vacation, but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel lived up to their promise of taking cleanliness seriously. The lobby was pleasant and our room was exactly as described. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The only confusion can be when using the parking garage, but we quickly figured it out and proceeded with our stay. We would definitely stay again!"
"Excellent Hotel, great communication. My wife forgot her earnings and realized it when we were 6 hrs away. We contacted front office and they had the earrings at the front desk. They were able to package them and we got them shipped to our next hotel. Great hotel I was very pleased without layout and cleanliness of the room.
