"Great view of Mount Fuji just from the hotel room and restaurant. wing we stayed are spacious but need updates as there are not enough electric outlets and no USB plugs. Service is great and suggest add breakfast to your booking as it is really good deal."

The hotel is located on a steep hilltop but shuttle service to train station is provided frequently and can be scheduled in advance. Also, due to the location, the view over lake Kawaguchiko is simply amazing! Absolutely recommended! "

The overall hotel has the feeling of omotenashi which is rarer and rarer now as more foreign workers and more foreigners with a disregard for Japanese unspoken habits are hired in these hotels.
