"We were welcomed warmly by the front desk staff. This is a nice hotel right beside the high speed train close to ski hills. It has everything you need including an Onsen (if that is your thing). Rooms were clean and quiet"

"Absolutely wonderful experience inside the hotel. Very new and clean rooms with excellent views. Terrific breakfast. The hotelās only small downside is that it is slightly isolated - very convenient to the convention center next door, but not much else. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Niigata. "
