"Wonderful location with great amenities and very friendly staff. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a spectacular room, but the primary pleasure of my stay was being able to relax after a long hike in a comfortable environment, enjoy the hot spring and re energize with a delicious dinner."

"If I could I would probably give this a 4.5. The staff was excellent, the room was large, clean and very comfortable. Parking was easy and it was in a good location. We loved the personal soaking tub on our patio. The only thing I would rate a bit lower would be the buffets. There was a lot of choices but for anyone that is picky or prefers a western style meal it’s going to be a bit challenging to eat. My wife and I had no issues but we always imagine traveling with friends that are a bit picky and this would have been hard to eat at. Overall though it’s a very nice hotel and we would absolutely stay there again if we come back"

"An absolutely incredible hotel set within a stunning forest. You can watch the wildlife from the windows. We saw deer, a fox, birds including woodpeckers, butterflies and stag beetles. The onsen was great, especially the outdoor pool and the food was fantastic"
