"Great location, great buffet breakfast and bar. Efficient and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and pleasant enough; great shower! Personally, I was happy with the room but 2 things some might find annoying: no fridge or coffee facilities in the rooms (orvin lobby - available for a price st the bar!); and the tv was tiny and with no international channels. But hey, I didn't come to Prague to watch TV! Oh, one other thing: at weekend the hotel is full of obnoxious, drunk and very loud Brits and Irish 'boys' on stag weekends. Overall, I had a great stay at Ibis"

"Hotel Essence was an ideal hotel for a long weekend in Prague. It's location is very central, making it easy to get to everything we wanted to see. It's also very close to the metro station so getting to/from the airport was very simple. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself (double room with twin beds) was spacious, clean and quiet. There was a good selection of food on offer at breakfast."
