Small room and bathroom ground level, no balcony but a courtyard to sit in outside the door. We knew the rooms were small and dated before we went so this was not an issue for us. Tea, coffee and fridge in room plus air con you can pay for. We had room only so can’t comment on food ect. Very conveniently placed for the sea and town. No complains would definitely go back for thw money.

Security issues

Checked in across the road at suster hitel and good welcome with refreshing drink provided. We were provided with one room key which also operated power in the room. Three single beds were comfortable and hand held shower was fine. Air-conditioning was extra €9 per night but wasnt so warm that we needed it. Servicing of room only consisted of pulling up sheet on bed. Coffe and tea was not replenished nor were towels changed or bathroom bin emptied. One day, we arrived back later in the day after the cleaner had been and the patio door was left unlocked and ajar, which quite frankly, was unacceptable.

Exactly what you would expect with a budget hotel. TV didn't work and was never sorted. The shower was the size of small table for 2 so I wouldn't advise for any elderly ,out of shape or disabled people. The entire shower room.toilet and sink was about 1m2. Air con had to be paid for separately. But it is right on the edge of the sea so great position. Also well positioned for the town and restaurants

We booked 2 rooms and we're given a room with a joining door which was locked obviously a family room split for 2 rooms 1 room had the fridge the other had the mirror there was no room to put anything and the outside space was an enclosed yard with the air con extractor blowing all the smells into the room from a restaurant maybe we were unlucky but it was best described as a broom cupboard

Bra hotell om man vill ha något billigt men förekommer en del skador i hotellrummet som inte man blir upplyst innan samt att tv och andra saker som ingår i hotellrummet inte funkar inga ordentliga filtar /täcken utan man får lakan som täcke . bra personal men när man ber om att få saker åtgärdade så blir det inte gjort understryka att det inte finns någon som helst dokumentation på Skadorna på hotell rummet som är väldigt bristfärdigt och kan ge de att möjlighet att ge den boende skulden om man inte dokumenterar själv med bild etc. Men annars ligger det väldigt centralt till allt nära till stranden om man inte är allt för petig skulle man kunna ta det. men vill man ha alla typer av moderna saker som Wi-Fi och tv ,mini bar etc ska man nog leta vidare.frukosten helt ok men ligger på hotellet bredvid samt pol och bar ingen utsikt mot stranden utan till det andra ”lyxigare” hotellet städningen var och men slarvig då det fanns avlagringar och fläckar på handdukar och lakan trots att de var nya.

Όλο το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό και ευγενικό. Το δωμάτιο πολύ ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Μερική θέα θάλασσα τέλεια. Υπήρχε ένας συνεχής θόρυβος, από ένα μηχάνημα ενός εστιατορίου, κάτω από το δωμάτιο μας που δεν σταματούσε ποτέ. Ακόμα και το βράδυ δεν μας άφηνε να κάνουμε άνετο ύπνο. Περάσαμε ωραία και σίγουρα θα παμε ξανά αλλά σε άλλο δωμάτιο.

Pour un court sejour cet hôtel est parfait mais un peu vétuste. Mention particulière pour le petit déjeuner (excellent rapport qualité-prix) et une mention toute particulière pour le personnel, aimable, serviable et réactif aux demandes specifiques. Shocking!

The hotel is very old fashioned and dated. Our bedroom did have a sea view, but that was about the only good thing about it. The beds were very hard, a bit like sleeping on a wooden board. We had a cupboard to hang a few clothes in, but no drawers or any space to put anything away. We had to keep all of our clothes either in the suitcase or piled on a small table. There were no tea or coffee making facilities and when we asked at the breakfast room for coffee to take to our room we were refused. The bathroom was awful, very old and the shower was a hand held shower in the bath. You couldn't fix it to the wall as it was broken. No shaver/toothbrush plug for charging, or again anywhere to put anything other than the floor. All in all probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

Spirito di adattamento

Camera al primo piano vista parziale mare. Ampia con balcone, due letti comodi, armadio, frigo, a.c. a pagamento extra 40 euro a sett. Di arredo molto semplice, con TV a parete 2/3 canali RAI. Bagno molto piccolo, doccia con tenda che toglie spazio al potersi lavare. Usata con tenda sollevata e doccino in mano. Colazione semplice con un po' di tutto a buffet. Spiaggia piccola a pagamento o con consumazione. Mini piscina, posizionata di lato mai usata. La sera fino 00,30 musica nel vicino bar di un'altra struttura. Check in lento. Posizione a due passi dal centro. Per vacanza con spirito d'adattamento, per un costo equo. P. S. Per chi scegliesse mezza pensione, bevanda ai pasti compresa è solo acqua.

Beznadziejna obsługa w recepcji

W przypadku rezerwacji w tym hotelu "Hotels.com" 2 razy musial interweniować bym dostała te warunki, za które zaplaciłam.Dziękuję za skuteczne interwencje.Bez nich nie byłoby udanego urlopu,gdyż pracownicy recepcji nie chceli współracować.Po za zapłaceniu za hotel na miejscu,zostaliśmy przeniesieni do innego hotelu,gdyż w Silver Beach była awaria kanalizacji.Przeniesiono nas do hotelu 3*,ale do pokoju o znacznie niższym standardzie niż zaplaciłam. Wykupiłam pokój superior (większy, z widokiem na morze).W kotelu Kris Mari (ocena 5,9 na innym portalu)w życiu nie wybrałabym takiego hotelu) umieszczono nas w pokoju na parterze,mrówki chodziły po łóżku,nie działał internet,pokój był brudny,z widokiem na wypaloną trawę.Od tego momentu oba hotele nie chciały uzwględnić tego,za co zapłaciłam. Po interwencji Hotels.com nagle znalazł się dla nas pokój superior w Silver Beach.Ale zdjęcia pokoi nie zgadzają się z rzeczywistością.Pokoje są gorszej jakości niż wygląda to na zdjęciach.To co było bardzo dobre w hotelu-to śniadania.Były różnorodne,obfite,smaczne,produkty były świeże.Bardzo mili kelnerzy, szczególnie Armand.W pokoju było czysto,ale lazienka wyglądała jak z lat 60 XX wieku.Bardzo mały brodzik.Recepcja nie chciała uwzględnić naszej rezerwacji z późnym wymeldowaniem.Dopiero po kolejnej interwencji "Hotels.com" udało się to osiągnąć.I dziwna sprawa-w opisie pokoju jest klimatyzacja,ale trzeba było za jej użytkowanie dodatkowo placić 7 euro.W ofercie nie jest to zapisane.
