10/10 Excellent

"Lovely hotel and so near Lille Eurostar. Only a short walk to the railway station and other amenities in Central Lille. Staff very friendly, room clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Only drawback having only one lift operating which proved to be a little tedious at times. Overall well pleased and would definately recommend and will be staying there again."

"The rooms were amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only two criticisms were that the eggs were pretty bad, and one of the lifts was out of order (which was a pain for us with a pushchair). Also: just give us teabags. The loose leaf kept coming out of the strainers leaving leaves floating in my tea"

"I’ve stayed at many Ibis hotels over many years. They are clean and comfortable and have everything you need during a short trip. The Ibis in Kortrijk is located 4 minutes walk from the train station making it ideal for those with bags. (No taxi needed) The hotels offers a continental style breakfast with the addition of Bacon & Scrambled Eggs. Everything in Kortrijk is walkable and it has plenty to see for a 2 or 3 day trip. Khadija on reception assisted me on the couple of times I needed help and she was both polite and friendly with a great smile 👍 The In Room Airconditioning was Individually controlled and great for me as I liked to cool a room prior to sleeping. The hotel has a well stocked bar open to hotel guests and snack and drink vending options. Would I stay here again, very simple question YES I would 👍"
