"This is a residential area. I didnt see any shops or places to eat nearby. However very close to train station. You need to check in with an emailed code. Room was fine and large. A very nice breakfast was included at the sister hotel a few doors down which was really good. Overall recommended but my big tip is dont expect nearby shops or places to eat. Is nice and quiet area. "

"Firstly this b&b is most certainly NOT in a rural location as described by Expedia and is definitely NOT multilingual. Just the one member of ‘staff’. The b&b is in the city centre and surrounded by buildings. The only parking is on street - if your lucky. The place does not have its own ‘free parking’ at all. We arrived at b&b at 20.00 after booking our room at 13.30 on the same day to find no one there. Proprietor eventually appeared from property next door as we phoned him and he had no idea...

"There were 2 staffs working in the office in the morning only. This property is a combination between a boutique hotel & ABNA. There are no other facilities. "

"We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived even though the owners had not realized we had booked. They did their best to get the room ready quickly. They provided us with an evening meal and a complimentary drink. The guesthouse is lovely and very freshly modern. Breakfast was great and had a lovely selection of foods. The room was very warm, however, even with windows open. Noise from the road traffic may put off light sleepers but this is not the fault of the owners."

"It is a lovely studio apartment, very homely and comfortable and is nicely furnished with good hearing. I only stayed one night, would be nice to stay longer. It is in a quiet area but easy to get to nearby villages and towns (Herseaux, Leers, Roubaix). There are supermarkets nearby such as Lidl and Aldi, and the apartment has everything for cooking.
