Modern vacation home Kontraste in Korswandt with sauna and garden terrace

The DHH "contrasts" is quietly located on the edge of the forest in idyllic Korswandt and is lovingly furnished with everything your heart desires.

The holiday home was built in 2017 and has been furnished with great attention to detail and invites up to 4 people to spend their holidays there.
A small hallway leads to the living area with a comfortable sofa and fireplace. The following fully equipped, open kitchen with dining area is equipped with all utensils and meets the highest standards. Floor-deep window elements in the living room provide plenty of light. You get to the large terrace with Terrassenmöblierug, barbecue and a beach chair.
Upstairs you will find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds. A bright bathroom with modern floor-level showering leaves nothing to be desired.
The house has a sauna with attached bathroom with shower in the basement.
There are two parking spaces available at the house.

In Korswandt you can escape the hustle and bustle of the imperial baths and is still tightly connected to the Baltic Sea and the nearby Wolgastsee.

 In Korswandt, a quiet village in the hinterland of Usedom, the beautiful resort Waldsiedlung is located. Consisting of 2 holiday bungalows and 4 semi-detached houses right on the edge of the forest, the resort is particularly well suited for families, tourists with pets and guests looking for peace and relaxation.

The objects, ranging in size from 45 m2 to 75 m2 invite from 2 to 6 people to spend their holidays there.

Korswandt, surrounded by beautiful beech forests, invites both to be active and to relax. The Wolgastsee offers several recreational opportunities, such as pedal boats, rowboats, fishing, cycling and hiking. The distance to the Baltic Sea beach Ahlbeck is about 3 kilometers. In the seaside resort are also good shopping.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Sauna und stilvoller Einrichtung. Komplette Kücheneinrichtung. Terrasse mit Terrassenmöbeln, Strandkorb und Holzkohlegrill. Ausreichend Prkmöglichkeit. Angenehm auch druch Fußbodenheizung. Internetzugang mit schwankender Leistung. Leider keine Waschmaschine (nur bei längeren Aufenthalten mit 4 Personen relevant). Ruhig gelegen, aber gute Anbindung an Radwege, z.T. duch schöne Waldwege (breitere Reifen sinnvoll).

Sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es könnten noch ein Wäscheständer zur Verfügung gestellt werden und die alte klapprige und quietschende Biertischgarnitur gegen ein paar schönere Sitz- und Essmöglichkeiten im Garten ausgetauscht werden. Ebenso sollte ein ordentlicher Grill aufgestellt werden, z.B. wie beim Nachbarn. Da muss ich mir auch keine Sorgen machen, dass beim Wenden des Grillguts gleich der klapprige Grill umfällt und dabei nicht die nebenan stehende 400 Jahre alte Eiche entzündet. Ebenso sollte unbedingt WLan vorhanden sein, da es in Korswandt so schön kein Empfang vorhanden ist. Trotzdem ist es eine sehr gepflegte und schöne Unterkunft, die sehr liebevoll eingerichtet ist.
