"We had to call the guy when we arrived at the hotel and had to wait 15 minutes for him to arrive, we then came into the hotelroom which was freezing and called the guy again to tell that the heater doesn't work which he said he would fix. We then came home late hoping for at warm room, which was not the case and has to fall asleep with all our clothes on under 3 blankets as we froze all night. "

"Location! Location! Location! Very affordable for the area but don’t expect luxury amenities like you would at fancy hotels, easy self check-in and check-out, place is clean and in a safe area. I would stay here again next time I’m in Vienna for sure. "
