"Cannot recommend this hotel enough! The rooms are newly updated and it was such a pleasant surprise. My friend and I stayed in direct view of the church tower and square, which was amazing. Centrally located in old town Zadar, and the owner was so kind and helpful. The free breakfast in the morning was another excellent surprise, and everything was so clean, new, and cozy! "I will give 3 stars for this property because the reception staff was very friendly and the location of this property. Regarding cleanliness not a good experience in the advert was told that will be cleaned every day but not true. We had to go and ask for it. On arrival, the bed wasn't prepared and no towels in the room so we had to go and ask."

"It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. To begin with, the apartment has only one air condition for three rooms which was unacceptable considering the fact that it was 38 degrees. There were no towels and they brought us finally a few towels which were dirty (no more comments). Also, the room stinks. "Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and the facilities were excellent. Bus service from the bus station number 5 or 8 and then a short walk. Beach also can be walked to. Excellent breakfast and food."
