"We stayed at the Heritage hotel Zagreb- Dubrovnik when the property was newly opened after renovation. We found that the hotel was conveniently located to the beach and all the cafes and bars in the Babin Kuk area. The rooms were clean as you would expect from a new property but they were also quite spacious. The food at the restaurant was great and a big shout out to the staff at the hotel. They made sure our stay with our 5 year old was super comfortable and they made it a point to resolve any questions or requests we had. The staff truly made a difference to our stay there and made our trip to Dubrovnik truly memorable, We were also offered a free Dinner at their restaurant as we were the first customers there and the meal was excellent. There was live music playing at the restaurant and the atmosphere was brilliant. Once again a shout out to the staff there Franka, Relja, Ella and the others - we will always remember our stay in Dubrovnik and would like to thank you'll for making the stay wonderful and memorable."
