"Friendly and caring. Our TV was not working and the host got it fixed right away. Check out was at 10:30 but our flight home wasn't until 7:30pm. She let us stay in the room until 1pm and then held our luggage when we went for lunch. Super nice of her. They didn't charge extra for the extra time we stayed. "The apartment was clean and with all necessary accessories. But the best thing about our stay was the owner. We made reservation late, about 10 PM and when we called at 10:30 same day, she has already prepared our room. Owner let us park in driveway so car was of the street. Next day she left glasses with vine and some cherries on our outside table!!!!! She gave us maps of Dubrovnik and some very useful suggestions where to go. AMAZING."

Good access for walking to nearby Lapad and bus access to Old Town Dubrovnik was just down the steps on the next street. We bought a Dubrovnik 7 day pass and this allowed us unlimited bus journeys as well as entry to a few attractions in the city. "Ivan assisted us with check in. Very clean and nice place. Beware of extra charges as the booking was inclusive of all charges and taxes. We were not charged but received emails from another company to request such charges."

"Our stay at Apartments Briest was amazing. The property manager was very punctual and was always a text away for any help regarding the property and always helped out with restaurant recommendations and help avoiding tourist traps and how to get the best of your trip. "The hosts were very hospitable. It was Labour day and all shops were closed. I was provided with toothpaste and a converter plug which was very much appreciated. I was also promptly helped to get connected to the WiFi when I needed it. The property was in decent condition. The bed was very comfy, the view from the apartment is incredible.
