"Well run, and the location was fantastic for downtown access. The stairs were easy to find and worked well. But it would have been nice to have more eating utensils than just two paper cups. The instructions asked us to hang towels on towel racks, but there were no towel racks, only towel hooks (which was fine). Also randomly at 3am, we were woken up by a presumably accidental loudspeaker announcement which was cut short thankfully. At check-in, it was brightly advertised that there is no...
