Gorgeous home in Köpingsvik with sauna

Wonderful swimming pool house in Swedish building tradition, reflecting a good architecture. The unique house is situated on a natural forest plot udn 2.5 km from the beautiful sandy beach Köpingsviks, which is shallow and child-friendly. The large terrace is partly under roof, there is a smaller balcony. Pool room with whirlpool and sauna. Underfloor heating in the entrance and bathroom. Good equipment and tasteful furnishings. Water consumption SEK 50/m3. Only 5.5 km to Borgholm, where Solliden, the summer residence of the royal family is located.

Vi hyrde detta hus för 6 år sedan, och gillade det mkt men det har försämrats tyvärr. Dålig städning Bubbelpoolen var smutsig Stopp i avloppet på två ställen Väldigt trög kram i köket Den stora kylen blev inte riktigt kall
