"I had a really trouble-free stay here. The only thing I would change is that I often don't finish work in time to get to the bistro by 8:30pm, but I understand that staff want to get home. Apart from that, the food was good, all the staff were lovely and the coffee in the mornings was absolutely world-class. I will probably stay there again, next time I'm in Melbourne for work."

"We wanted somewhere relatively cheap and convenient for a one night stay and it was fine. The bed was a big too firm for us, but the room was suitable. Clean bathroom, off street parking, everything working fine. Nothing flash but nothing to complain about either."

"This was great and I'd happily stay agson amd longer. My only issue was that I had to wash the dishes as soon as I turned up as they were in the cupboard wet yet not cleaned properly. Suggests the previous guest did a half ass job and the venue didn't check which worries me for other aspects of the room. "

"Booked because listing said there was a bath in the room but there was not. After disputing with the service attendant for some time she agreed to upgrade us to the room with the bath. Hopefully the description is now matching what is offered. Good cleanliness, nice enough surrounds and amenities. Very comfy bed! Right next to highway though so a bit noisy. "

"The room photos need to be updated, they don't give this place justice. Room was clean, modern, spacious and new carpet/facilities. Bed was comfiest I've had in a long while."

"Property is in good condition with parking ($10,- p/n). We stayed for two nights and though the amenities are good, including washer/dryer, the supply of cutlery (1 knife, 1 fork, 2spoons, one glass, 3 mugs, 2 plates, etc.). There was plenty of cupboard space, but all of them were empty. I don't know if they ever get replaced or are just taken by people that stay there. Signs on the street say "racism not tolerated", one can not but feel, that they are staying somewhere in the middle eastern...
