The Hotel offers a free secured parking lot for bike. There is no e-loading option. I could leave my bike after check-in giving me the opportunity to visit Constance using the public transportation. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel (Bus 6). The hotel is located in an industrial/commercial area.

It looks like an industrial area. But it's just a 10 minutes walk to the "See-Rhine" with a footpath along the river and a beergarden. Very good for a run in the morning.

Fridge was not working. Did not get shower towles replacement - even after several requests. Had to contact cleaning crew on floor to get towels rplaced. Late cleaning after return from day trip had to be canceled. Breakfast area one day completely overcrowded.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hampton by Hilton in Konstanz war leider sehr zwiegespalten. Positiv: • Die Lage des Hotels ist tadellos. • Die Zimmer sind groß, modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. • Das Reinigungspersonal hat durchweg einen ausgezeichneten Job gemacht. Negativ: • Das Personal im Erdgeschoss war unfreundlich, unaufmerksam und wirkte oft desinteressiert. Schon bei der Ankunft fehlte es an einem herzlichen Willkommen. • Preise im Minikiosk waren nicht korrekt ausgezeichnet. • Der Hausmeister mischte sich unangemessen in Gespräche beim Check-in ein – ein absolutes No-Go. • Getränke (Bier) wurden in warmen Gläsern (frisch aus der Spülmaschine) serviert; auf Nachfrage hieß es nur, es seien nicht genügend Gläser vorhanden. • Die Speisekarte war wenig verlässlich: Eine Vielzahl der Gerichte waren während meines Aufenthalts nicht verfügbar. • Lange Wartezeiten an der Theke, da mehrere Mitarbeiter – inklusive des Managers – lieber zusammenstanden, anstatt Gäste zu bedienen. Fazit: Der Aufenthalt war einer der schlechtesten, die ich bisher in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Wäre meine erste Erfahrung eines Hotels dieser Kette nicht im Hampton by Hilton Dortmund gewesen (wo alles vorbildlich lief), würde ich Hilton zukünftig meiden. Hier prallen zwei Welten aufeinander: So wie es sein sollte – und so, wie man es nicht machen darf. Das Personal in Konstanz sollte dringend geschult werden, um den Standard zu erreichen, den man von Hampton by Hilton erwartet.

Sauberes und komfortables Hotel, nur diesen aufenthalt ist uns aufgefallen das um jede Uhrzeit die Lüftung im Badezimmer läuft, auch wenn daa licht aus und es 1:00 Nachts ist. Zudem Haben die Handtücher alle sehr nach Essig gestunken was man nach dem abtrocknen immernoch gerochen hat. Generell hat es uns aber trotzdem gut gefallen da auch das Frühstück alles hat was man braucht. Schön wäre noch wenn es in den TV‘s eine smart TV einrichtung geben würde das man sich per smartphone damit verbinden kann.

Gut war lediglich, das wir ohne Umstände eine zweite Decke bekommen haben. Schlecht war: Zwei Tage morgens nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen, an einem Tag wurde das Zimmer erst in den Abendstunden gemacht, der bestellte Cappuccino am Nachmittag an der Bar war ein Milchkaffee (kein fester Schaum), das Frühstückspersonal war mit der Menge überfordert. Die unbelegten Außentische waren jeden Tag schmutzig.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich sehr gut! Kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die zu wenigen Stauflächen für die Kleider wenn man als Paar reist. Waren 1Woche dort, somit hat man schon seinen gewissen Bedarf dabei und weis kaum wohin damit. Tipp Top Frühstück welches von zahlreichen Mitarbeitern überwacht wird und wenn was zu neige geht ist es schnell nachgefüllt...es fehlt hier eigentlich an nichts. Schade das die Parkhäuser nicht zum Hotel gehören! Die Betreiber lassen sich das sehr gut bezahlen. An das ausgeschilderte günstige Wochenticket des benachbarten SEEPark-Hauses kommt man leider nur nach zuvoriger schriftlicher Antragsstellung drann. Ein telefonat mit dem sehr überheblichen und unfreundlichen Betreiberpersonal brachte auch keine schnellere Abhilfe....man möchte eigentlich nicht das der Kunde an dieses vergünstigte Ticket kommt, so kam mir das zumindest vor. Tipp...Auto in die umliegenden Siedlungsparkplätze stellen....die sind kostenfrei! Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Hotel! Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen!

Mein Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Service des Personals sowie die köstlichen und abwechslungsreichen Frühstücke. Es ist ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Fenster im Zimmer könnten etwas gepflegter sein, da sie leider sichtbar verschmutzt waren und sich auch etwas Spinnweben angesammelt hatten. Eine gründliche Reinigung würde den positiven Gesamteindruck noch mehr unterstreichen.

Preis Leistung noch ok. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Personen für eine Nacht. Waren auf der Durchreise. Platz war für 3 Personen eher überschaubar. Nicht schön war der Blick aus dem Fenster, welches völlig verdreckt war und voller Spinnengewebe war. Ein Öffnen war undenkbar, mussten bereits 2 Spinnen im Zimmer erlegen. Für eine Nacht noch ok. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt aus meiner Sicht nicht zu empfehlen.
