"Modern, clean and well equipped property with added bonus of secure parking for car and bikes. Comms with host were excellent with quick responses to any queries and worthy recommendations of places to eat. Apartment was however very warm in the summer sunshine and being close to a busy road meant that sleeping with windows open was difficult - luckily we had packed earplugs! A little further from the centre of Friedrichshafen that we had imagined, but cycle routes made journey to the centre...

"A very complete appartement. There is nothing to be missed over there since it is super well equipped. It is even a bit overwhelming when you enter since it is quite full. Especially nice is the fact that all windows are covered with insect screens so that you can cool de appartement down during the night without nasty mosquitos."

"We were delighted to find the space as described, directly at the lake with an amazing view. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Communication with the host was great although confusing at times as we also received communication from a German property manager in German ahead of our stay. It all worked itself out perfectly and we had an awesome stay. I especially want to recommend the restaurant below the apartment called Seesicht! Excellent food, service and view!"

"Wir sind nach zwei Tagen raus gegangen und sind in ein Hotel gegangen.Es war nicht so wie es sein sollte in der Dusche war Schimmel am Fenster war schwarzer Schimmel der gesundheitsgefährdend ist, es waren Spinnenweben in den Ecken, es lagen Augen Tropfen zwischen Matratze und Bett Kasten und Kaffee Flecken auf der Fensterbank .ich habe dadurch 560€ in Sand gesetzt und noch da zu sind noch meine Hotel kosten da zu gekommen . Ich las mich nicht von einen ab ziehen der Gastgeber hat mir 200 €...
