"Location by the Main was very good, easy walking to many attractions incliding the 'New Old Town. Room facilities are very good with aircon, convection heating, and well equipped kitchenette. Double glazing and blackout curtains made our stay quiet and comfortable for a couple. Service and staff were excellent. All requests were met willingly and promptly. "The shuttle bus is convenient, the hotel is well-managed, the restaurant staff were great, the room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the other restaurant- Unterschweinstiege- is closed many days of the week. I was really looking forward to eating there, and was disappointed that they weren't even open on a Saturday."

"One of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in. Heated floors & bath towels in the Bathroom. Touch controls for the shower and bath with the ability to set the exact temperature of the water. Room was very quiet even though there was a band playing in the courtyard below. Buffet breakfasts and dinner at Oscar and concierge service was exceptional."
