"The house has everything you need (except a washing machine). We enjoyed that it was so big, we had a kind of conservatory with a view as a 'dining room', we could connect our USB stick and our tablet to the TV via HDMI to watch our own films that were set in the places of our holiday. So even in bad weather you can stay here for a while. Fortunately we had 6 days of very nice weather. We saw everything we wanted to see. "Property is top notch. Family is amazing. There is only one major issue, one of the beds is terribly uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep on it, nor could my wife. Tried sleeping on the sofa but that wasn't much better either. Again, location and property is awesome."

Absolutely need to go back.

"We arrived with 6 guest. The concierge was very attentive and prepared for our arrival. He made sure we were comfortable and ensured we had dinner. This quiet hotel was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. After touring south Germany we needed to slow down a little bit and this was perfect. "

Excellent-with some remarks

"Everything was fine. Excellent and friendly service Two suggestions to the manager: 1. This category of hotel usually offers tea/coffee facilities in the room- keep this standard 2.The bed was quite uncomfortable- two single mattresses of poor quality . On a king or queen bed- put a matching mattress not two put together "

Perfect spot

"Big property with lots of little courtyards to sit privately, outside areas with very comfortable armchairs, beautiful terrace for lunch and dinner. Just 3 min walk to the Elbe park with playground, stop for boats and ferries, 2 min walk to the bus, 8 min to the train… the perfect spot to explore the Saxony Switzerland area by foot, bike…"
