"This is a wonderful hotel near the center of Alpbach. Our room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was delicious with fresh and quality selections including eggs cooked to order. On-site parking. There is a well stocked honor bar on the lower level. The free city pass which allows you to take a free the bus to the local ski mountain for a ride to the top is a nice benefit. Lastly, if you stay here you will get a chance to meet one of the treasures of Alpbach, Gitte (Brigitte)....

"Our guesthouse apartment (#5, top floor) was very nicely built. clean, and spacious. It is right in the center of the small town of Alpbach. Overall - a lovely place to stay but you need to know about the parking, laundry, etc. The booking info on Orbitz said there was free breakfast and underground parking. Neither was true. "Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum von Zell und ist ein nettes kleines Hotel. Die Zimmer sind ok und sauber. Die Chefin des Hotels ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist evtl. nichts für Menschen mit empfindlichen Ohren. Die Kirche ist neben an und die Glocken läuten gegen kurz vor 7 das erste Mal. Das Leuten ist extrem laut im Sommer. Bei geschlossenem Fenster jedoch kein Problem. Wir haben es mit einem Lachen hingenommen. Was man wirklich verbessern könnte wäre das Frühstück....

At First it being away from the town center I was apprehensive but found this to be so much easier with time management and less stressful than actually staying in the town of Kitzbuhel. "This appartment was really great. The hostess cleaned it daily and prepared a nice breakfast as well. Very friendly and heplfull people and I would definately recommend this place. The ski bus towards the lift is only 2 minutes walking distance from the appartment. Had a great time!!"

We used the apartment as our base for skiing in the Zillertal Valley and all lifts were easy to get to in our hire car. There is a bus into Mayrhofen but we did not use it.
