However, the drinks quality was very poor, and the bartenders lacked expertise in crafting cocktails, they didn’t even know how to serve Tequila or Wine. Most bars lacked the necessary ingredients and equipment for cocktails. Therefore, while the hotel is a paradise for food lovers, it may not be the best choice for those who appreciate quality drinks. *The staff were very nice, polite, and helpful....

"We were very happy with this hotel, for the price it was excellent. We were upgraded to an apartment with separate bedroom. Large balcony overlooking pool and mountains. Very clean. Breakfast was really good, lunch and dinner ok and something for everyone. Staff very friendly. Especially Huseyin on front desk. Alcoholic drinks local, they cgarge extra for imported. Would definitely recommend."

"The hotel is located in a quiet spot, which was a great advantage for us (central Alanya looks more like a market and is busy and noisy). The room was in perfect condition and was cleaned regularly. Bottled water was provided every day. Selection of food was good, maybe not as diverse as in more expensive hotels but there were always several options for mains and a lot of sides. Plenty of desserts as well. Food was tasty. Beach is not far: 5 min walk to the nearest beach bar with chase longs,...

"We loved our room . We had a private pool room and it was amazing. There was a good view of the sea. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The staff was always willing to help with whatever we needed . We will definitely stay here again. We also enjoyed dinner at night onsite at the restaurant. We had one morning at the spa and it was very relaxing . "

"When we got to the hotel we were only supplied one door card between 2 people which is an inconvenience. The staff are rude and not helpful. The property is dirty and rooms are not cleaned.This hotel is not capable of being a 3 star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Total waste of money."
