"Absolument rien de positif. Personnel désagréable qui a du mal avec l’anglais - difficile de se faire comprendre. Chambres sales à l’arrivé et passage du personnel de ménage 1 jour sur 3 au cours du séjour. Les serviettes n’ont pas été changées (les mêmes tâches qu’au début…), la poussière n’a pas été faite et l’aspirateur jamais passé. L’hotel est insalubre / en ruine, j’ai l’impression qu’aucun travail d’entretien n’a été fait depuis une dizaine d’années : Plafonds qui fuient, le spa sent les...

"Das Hotel verdient die vier Sternen gar nicht. Die Sauberkeit war ein grosses Problem. Fast alles war schmutzig. Man konnte dich mit den Personalen gar nicht verstehen da sie nur Russisch sprachen."
