"We had no shampoo and no blankets in the room and had to ask several times to get them. We had a leaking shower that created a paddle on the floor and asked for it to be fixed. It did not get fixed during our whole stay. We always had water on the floor which is terrible first of all and not safe at all if you slip and fall and break any parts of your body. "I was there with my 18 year old grandson. His activities and interests and mine obviously not the same. At check-in we were given one single key to the room. I asked for a second key and was told that their system did not permit them to program a second key. As the designated driver I wanted to go to bed early as I had a long drive ahead of us the following day. My grandson, on the other hand wanted to go to a disco along with a group of young people from the hotel. He was expected to get back...

"Staff were amazing. The hotel room was a little small but that was the option we chose and the food was very similar each day but still a good quality. The staff were there to help whenever needed, they provided an amazing service, I can’t fault anything at all and I would definitely recommend staying here "
