"We stayed here for 6 days and I honestly have not one negative thing to say. The staff were AMAZING! From the second we walked in to the second we left, the staff were accommodating and did anything they could to make us comfortable and ensure we were happy. The food service staff were complete gems. Housekeeping were phenomenal. Our room was a very nice size and that is always important to me. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was also a decent size as some bathrooms arent that big. The location was perfect. Walk to your right and you have, what seems like endless, options of restaurants and coffee shops. Walk over the bridge and you are in the middle of all the shopping and small bazaar. I 100% recommend and I would only stay here when we return to Izmir. If I could give 100 stars, I would! The attached photos are of views of the water when you step out the front doors of the hotel and down the pier a bit. "

"The location of the property is superb offering nice view of the sea and you can just literally step out and walk along side the marina which is full of restaurants and shops. The rooms are nice. The staff is exceptional. Small requests were also met with great promptness. Would definitely recommend!"
