Charming Holualoa Ranching-Era Estate near Kailua and Keauhou. Away from it all!

"The driveway getting down to the house can be challenging at first. It drops sharply off a narrow highway with no shoulders and can be hard to see. You must really slow down. There were no smoke detectors in the home only mounting plates where they would have been. The hot water is solar so some of us had cold showers. The positives were the host was a great communicator and the house was charming and had many amenities. Lots of beach gear and coolers, etc. Exceptional ocean view!!!! Loved the lanai off the livingroom. I’m happy we experienced the home!"

"Absolutely charming and beautiful place!! Lisa has everything that you need for a quiet getaway! Close to Kona but out of town. Beautiful property with chickens and the sound of coqui frogs at night! Would highly recommend!!"

"Beautiful surroundings, private patio, parking, quiet, other than the birds wake up calls in the morning This condo was just perfect. I highly recommend staying here. It is close to beaches, Kailua is a 30 minute drive away. Mahalo Kimi."

"Everything was outstanding. Thank you to the owner, Andrew and our local contact, Leah for making everything perfect. The home and the grounds had everything, felt just like home, down to the Toto toilets, Sonos sound system and home automation. With 9 adults ages mid 30's to early 70's plus four kids under 10, there was plenty of room and spaces for everyone to relax and the kids be active. Nearby beaches were good and groceries available nearby. We all had a great time and expect to book again next year."
