Luggage to be held at hotel before checkin and check out is ¥550 per item. Early checkin is ¥700. The hotel is very strict to the check in time. Many customers were sitting at the lobby waiting for the 1600 check in time."

"Our stay was very nice and pleasant. The best breakfast buffet we ever experienced. There were many varieties of food to choose from. The staff, they were all courteous and polite. The room was small, but it was quiet and clean. Onsen was never crowded. We enjoyed it with perfect temperature. Highly recommend this hotel, but especially for breakfast buffet!"
