I would recommend hiring a car as there isn't much to do besides the themepark, cleanliness is very good. On the one day we wasn't at the park and therefore able to sleep in a little, staff were knocking on for cleaning at 9am. There was no sign to put on the door to say do not disturb "

"Traditional from the outside but modern inside. Also very close to the centre. Comfortable rooms and modern bathrooms. If I am being picky the pillows were not comfortable but otherwise perfect for our 2 night stay."

Check out was easy enough we were told to just leave the key in the room when we leave. The bus direct to phantasialand was a few minutes walk from the hotel and directly in front of the train station. "
