This time I brought my husband and children and will most definitely be back again, hopefully in less than another 20 years! "My wife and I stayed at this hotel in June 2025. This was an amazing hotel, from the staff to the grounds, to our rooms. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and they gave us a nice birthday cake when we arrived in our room. A shout out to Isaac at the restaurant and Morgan at the front desk. They were awesome! Also we had breakfast-what a great breakfast it was and such a nice setting to relax and eat. We saw zebras, monkeys and impalas on the property. Also when we were leaving they had people singing to you us as we were leaving-so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel-what a great place!!"

"Very beautiful atmosphere, great customer service, great food, very relaxing. The pool was cold, but there is an infinity pool on the top floor with warmer water - charge to get entrance. "

"Spent a couple nights here and realized we could’ve easily extended that to several nights with everything to do in the area. Of course, went to both the Zambian and Zimbabwean sides of Victoria Falls, and also arranged other tours through Fawlty Towers to do a game drive, sunset cruise, and walk with lions, all of which were amazing and memorable. The room was nice, with a sizable bathroom and comfortable beds. The public spaces were quite nice, where there’s a bar area (complete with African-inspired photos of Basil and company with the local tribes and animals) and outdoor tables next to the pool. We enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality, and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking to visit the area."

"A group of 7 friends stayed here for 3 nights. The Lodge is very traditional and our 4 rooms were all beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. The breakfast was included and was delicious, being cooked to order, even having options such as Eggs Benedict. We also ate here on 2 evenings and the food was fabulous and very reasonable. The staff can't do enough for you, always on hand to help, going that extra mile. Kennedy (manager) and his staff, Caroline, Destiny, Naomi were all fabulous. Our full day safari in Botswana was arranged by the Lodge and was very reasonable. We would highly recommend this lodge and only wish we had stayed longer but will hope to stay again in the future. Thank you again, we miss you all!"

"Our stay at the Protea Livingstone was amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful, our breakfasts were delicious each morning. Our room was comfortable, warm and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to stay for us to explore Livingstone for 5 days! It is a beautiful hotel and we highly recommend it."
