This place is wonderful. The views are stunning. Food is incredible. Service wonderful. Our room however did have a bad odor ā¦..we stayed outside most of the time so we dealt with it and didnāt complain. But if we had been staying longer it would have been an issue. We had two rooms for our family of 5.

We were told to download the app for the smart room. We did and it didn't work. Had to go back to front desk where he unlocked something but didn't show me. The phone charger plug next to bed did not work. The app would not turn the main lights off and had to go to night mod to shut them off. If we went down a flight, the wifi would kick us out. The bathroom also smelled. It took several hours to clear out. We ate in the restaurant and ordered the the tomato sauce with noodles. It is a main feature on the TV promo. It came out just noodles and sauce and was missing the peppers, olives, and tomatoes. Chef came and said he was sorry and he was new. Dude, there are only 6 things on the menu. When it came out the second time, there was an olive pit in food. Then got diarrhea, the first time in a 10 day trip. The location was good. Next to train station and shopping. Sorry, but this is not a 5 star hotel. Maybe 3.5. Would not stay there again. For the money we paid, it was definitely not worth it. Breakfast was okay.

"I arrived after midnight to find a dirty room, no hand soap on the sink, and the AC was not working. I called the front desk to ask for help. The hand soap came about 20 minutes later, and the same technician came to check the AC. He said, "Nothing I can do for you," shrugged his shoulders carelessly, ..."

"Lovely hotel very close to Acropolis and Pantheon. Great plunge pool for a cool down at end of a day walking around Athens. All staff spoke excellent English, very friendly.
