Unique Engineer's Apartment - experience the PRL vibe in a modern edition

Welcome to the Engineer’s Apartment.
A moment before we tell you a story about the Engineer’s Apartment, who was the construction building inspector of this particular building (amongst other buildings around the city), let us assure you that as travel brand led by nomads, this apartment is ready for both short vacation by the seaside and long exploration by digital nomads.
This 65 square meter apartment is located 10 minutes walk to the old city and 20 minutes walk to the nearest entrance to the beach.
It comes with a private parking spot for one car, a place to store a bicycle if you’re traveling one of the famous EuroVelo trails that passes nearby, or just biking around the coast.
It’s located on the 4th floor (elevator is available)

The apartment has a spacious salon with a big tv connected to the fast internet, a loggia-style balcony, and a working desk that will be a great entertainment center work station during your stay. While the two bedrooms with comfortable mattresses will give you a well-deserved rest.
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub where you can relax after a long cycle, and a separate toilet for your convenience.

In the vicinity of 150m of the apartment, you will find: two supermarkets, greengrocer’s, and the well-known nostalgic bakery which bring back the experience and the flavor of the old good days.

We kept the modest yet comfortable design of the apartment as it was since the moment the engineer’s family moved in during the socialist time.
This is not just another socialist-style apartment but the place the engineer who inspected the quality of the building spent decades of his life.

The managing of the house is run by One Blank Map which specializes in sustainable tourism and adventures.
Whether you look for adventure or vacation we will be able to provide all the great tips of what to see and where to venture around.

You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
Check in: 15:00 / Check out: 10:00
Quiet hours: 22:00 – 06:00 - any quiet disturbance will be called to the police and will result in an administrative fine.
5 guests maximum
No pets
No parties or events
No smoking or candles
Do not feed the seagulls - no matter what they tell you and how long they stare at you.
Leave the key in the Lock after check out - a fine for not leaving the key: 100 €
