Located on the beautiful island of Kauai, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit offers the highest level of luxury in the Poipu Kai Resort area. These amazing accommodations feature 2 King primary suites and an additional twin bedroom that lend themselves to boastful amounts of living space. Each bedroom has its own theme. The primary is a Tropical Paradise. The Guest primary is the Pineapple Room.The Twin bedroom is a Beachgoer's delight. Each bedroom conveniently has its own full bath.

The open entertaining area has many comfortable spots to relax inside or out to enjoy your morning coffee and evening tropical drinks. Featuring a large lanai with sliding doors that open the entire area to the outside and rollup blinds to protect you from the weather and add additional privacy. The masterfully designed gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for home cooked, island-style meals.There is a large dining table that will seat 6-8 and bonus seating at the bar for 4 guests.

This unit also features an elevator for your convenience.

Enjoy views of the pool from the large lanai. You can cool off and be mesmerized by the sounds of the nearby man made waterfalls only steps from this unit. If the pool isn't refreshing enough, this unit has central A/C throughout!
You will also have access to a full gym and fitness center as well as an office and conference room just in case you need to mix business with pleasure.

Take a stroll on the nearby greenbelt which will lead you to one of Kauai’s most popular beaches, Poipu Beach Park and Brennekes. Here you will come across Brenneke's Restaurant, a deli, and a surf shop with beach equipment rentals. You are also a short distance from 2 shopping centers and Koloa Town- Everything you need is just minutes away!

Awesome Condo and Location for Family Trip

This condo was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The condo was large enough for our family of 5 adults and one 10 year old. The grounds were beautiful. There was a paved sidewalk in a greenbelt that ran beside the condo that went from Brennecke's Beach all the way to the Grand Hyatt. The kitchen had just about any cooking utensil imaginable. There were 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys, snorkel equipment, and two wagons that made for an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Great communication with property manager. I would say here again and would adjust my trip dates to ensure renting this condo again.

Great Condo for Kauai stay!

Fantastic Stay Near Poipu Beach

This condo was perfect for our stay. There were tons of goodies to bring to the beach. There were walking paths to Poipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach. The condo was clean, lots of pots and pans, and kitchen cooking items. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property

Fantastic property! Clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was great as well, stocked with ample decent cookware. Location was excellent and within walking distance of beach and restaurants. Parking was a breeze. Definitely will recommend to everyone.

Lovely Place for a Family

This condo was in a great location and had a very large lanai. Really enjoyed the pool area. There was also a little gym in the club house that was nice. Our family really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book it again. Only down side was the garbage disposal did not work.

Nice condo, great location

The condo is in a great location to walk to either Poipu Beach or Shipwreck Beach. Nice room layout for everyone to gather and have private space. The lanai is the perfect size.

Perfect location and attentive management.

The condo and property were clean and comfortable and Brooke who managed the property was incredible with communicating and helping us navigate our ever changing travel plans because of COVID-19. Highly recommend this property and the rental agency is very fortunate to have Brooke as an employee.

Wonderful Stay at Villa Poipu Kai

Our family had the most wonderful holiday in Kauai, staying at the Villa Poipu Kai The Villa was perfect for a family, it was beautifully furnished, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were great, and it had a wonderful Hawaiian relaxing/holiday feel. It was spotlessly clean, and the washing machine and drier were great for a family. We loved the swimming pool, then sitting out on the lanai in the afternoons/evenings. It was located close to everything, so the location is perfect too. We would highly recommend and hope to be back again soon!

Lovely condo

The condo is large, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped. We traveled with two teenagers, so 3 full bathrooms were a plus. We had one maintenance request, and the response was quick despite it being the weekend. The balcony was cool and comfortable even during the hottest part of the day. One observation (not complaint) - there were a lot of families vacationing with grandparents and small children. Expect to hear them, including running around on the third floor.

Surrounded by peaceful beauty

First visit to Kauai for our family and we hit the jackpot with E211 in the Villas at Poipu Kai. The condo is spacious and provided a great place for our family of five to ease into the day and land after whatever fun filled adventure we arrived home from. The Lanai was delightful and while you can "see" the neighboring guests, it didn't feel invasive. Beautiful walks to around the resort, easy access to the beach, short drives to shopping and dining. Just the best.

Lovely Condo Close to Everything in Poipu

We loved our stay here. Lovely home, comfy beds and well-stocked with beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. There were six of us, two couples and two friends. A full house, but we never felt cramped - we could hang in our rooms, the comfy living room couches or reading nook, the very generously sized balcony and really, Kauai was alway beckoning us out anyway. Snorkled every morning at Poipu beach, walked down the path to the Hyatt for drinks and music, took excursions to Hanalei and Waimea canyon - just had a fantastic time and couldn't have asked for a better location to leave from and come back to :)

Great house and location.

This was a very nice house, plenty of room for 4 adults. AC worked great. Nice deck with plenty of space and almost always shaded. Kitchen stocked with necessities. Did need to look up instructions on how to operate the coffee maker but did that the night before so not trying to figure it out when I was desperate for coffee. Parking is not right by the building but still close. Comes stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach bag, cooler plus a wagon to haul it all down to the beach. The beach is just a short walk so the wagon came in handy and didn’t have to fight for a parking spot. Overall a very good stay and I’d rent again.

The villaComes with toys, chairs, wagon, towels, (everything you might like to take with you to the beach)Villa was better stocked than most vacation rentals we have visited. (Soap, lotion, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, basic condiments)Noise (walking, drawers, chairs moving) was an issue for a light sleeper. People above began their day (what seemed loudly) at 5:30am and finished it the same way after 10. We had staff show up at our door the night we arrived bc the neighbor below complained we were disruptive (we arrived at 11pm and the sound of our suitcases bothered them even though we felt we were very quiet) The pool was great and unlike other Hawaiian rentals we have stayed at, we never had a problem finding a spot by the pool when we tried.We had one question about the front door lock and the management company was quick to respond and very helpful.Overall, we would absolutely stay again and recommend this rental.

Beautiful Condo, But too Noisy

We had decent stay at this condo. It is a very clean unit with a well stocked kitchen. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. The covered lanai was nice as we could open up the doors and enjoy the fresh air, even when it rained. Having a wagon and beach chairs was a really nice convenience! Communication with the manager was great! A nice basket of treats was there upon our arrival. Unfortunately, all the positives were negated due to noise issues the entire time we were there. This condo is on the second floor and for the 2 1/2 weeks we stayed, the guests above us were very noisy. Their children ran around, screaming and sounding like elephants over our heads. It was very annoying. Also, noise carries and echoes from the neighboring lanais. Any time someone was outside, we could hear entire conversations and partying. We called the patrol twice. It was because of the noise that we checked out 5 days early. I know that the managers of this unit cannot control noise so, I don't hold them responsible. But, I think people should be aware of the issue. Also, because of our early check out and our consistent communication about our concerns, I think we should have been offered a refund for the days we did not stay. I have visited Kauai 8 times and have stayed at a different property each time. None were as noisy as this place. As much as I liked the condo unit itself, and all the special details, I would not recommend staying here.

Rat infested

This place had 10 rat traps when we arrived. From the kitchen to the bedroom. The first night we stayed the rats ate through a bag of bagels and and ate into the fruit we bought and had on counter top in a fruit bowl. From there the management scheduled pest control to come in and they placed traps on the counter top right next to stove top and by the food cabinet. Knowing we we have a one year old that crawls around and could reach a hand in any of the traps that are around the unit. All we were told was they thought this was taken care of last week. The manager was very rude to any questions asked and was definitely put out by any concerns The assistant was very helpful and did clean unit after my son witnessed a large trap kill and have to listen to the slow death of the huge rat. We also have pictures and video of a love eat being killed in the condo from their traps they set in the kitchen where we have and prepare food. This all was an issue for multiple days over the trip. They knew about it prior to arrival and never told us. We came into it and paid months ago. Thousands of dollars to deal with that while having a baby. The freezer didn’t work for the first few days and we had to throw away some food that didn’t actually freeze. We were told we would be compensated but then never reached back out to us in regards to it. Wouldn’t have paid to live with live rats if we knew before we booked. They chose not to tell us about it.

Comfortable condo in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 6 nights in this lovely condo and found it to be very comfortable. My husband loved the high ceilings and the king sized bed as he is very tall. We had plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was well appointed. The cooktop has two burners on the right side that weren’t working well. The sink faucet was a little loose and leaked a bit too. It seems as though a number of things have been updated but there are a couple of older appliances that need a little attention. We also had a mouse that made his presence known the first night we were there. We saw him scurry across the floor and dash under the cooktop. The next morning I woke up to found a sealed bag of trail mix that was on the island pushed off onto the bar stool and a hole chewed in the side with trail mix strewn about. We got a trap from the property manager (we asked for a humane trap rather than a snap trap or sticky trap) and set that up hoping to catch him that night. He turned out to be a pretty smart mouse and we didn’t end up catching him. The location was perfect. It took about 5 minutes to walk down a paved walking path to Brenneke’s Beach and restaurant. It was only another 3 minutes to walk to Poipu Beach. The condo came with beach chairs, towels and beach umbrellas, which was great. It would be a nice addition if it also came with a wagon so that if you planned to spend the afternoon at the beach you could easily load that up with the beach equipment and take it down on the paved path. Overall, the place was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time on Kauai. We would certainly consider it again for a future visit.
