Keep in shape and play tennis at one of the two courts located on site.

Snorkeling and beach swimming is across the street adjacent to the Sheraton Hotel. Enjoy an evening walk to restaurants and shops at the nearby Poipu Village or Kukui'ula Shopping Center which features 'Roys' restaurant. What a lovely spot to stay while vacationing on Kauai. Everything you could want, fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous views and privacy! The management company - Cynthia - were extremely responsive with any questions!! We would highly recommend!!!

Great condo!! The unit is everything in the pictures and more. It was very well insulated. I never heard the neighbors even though they were there most the same times we were. It was soooo clean!! Great attractions and shopping near by. You should stay here!!!

Poipu Kapili was a beautiful and wonderful place to stay. It was exceptionally clean, had everything we could possibly need as far as cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, linens, bathroom products, beach towels, and etc. The balcony gave us a wonderful view of the swimming pool and ocean. The beds were so comfortable. We hope to return.

We are so impressed at how comfortable, clean and well appointed this condo is. The managers make it really easy to arrive and get settled with excellent communication, and that excellent communication continues when you get there. The furnishings are super comfortable. The AC keeps the temperature perfect without leaving you feeling like you are in a cooler. This is the kind of rental you can spend lots of time in relaxing and being comfortable, using as a home base for your other activities, or both. We will surely stay here again. Thank you to the owners and managers who have put such excellent care and attention into making this an excellent destination.

This was the best VRBO my husband and I have ever stayed in. We couldn’t stop raving about the location, the whale watching and breeze on the lanai, and how stocked the kitchen was! The beach at the Sheraton was amazing and such a short walk. We loved watching the sunset on the grass of the Sheraton or on the wall right in front of our unit with a lot of the locals. If you are going to Kauai stay here!!

I can't say enough about this property! It's beautiful! It has everything you could ever need and then some. The bed was comfortable. The home was comfortable. Ocean views!!! Anytime I had a question Cynthia responded within minutes if not seconds. I can recommend this property with absolute certainty!

The condo was clean, very well furnished, and had a great balcony with beautify view of the ocean. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance to Sheraton resort, and other shopping areas. Boogie board, snorkeling gear came in handy when we visited the beach!

We have rented homes all over the western US and Canada for many years, and our host was by far the most organized host we have ever experienced. The property was in tiptop shape, and very well equipped, the property book was extremely well organized, and our host communicated with us incredibly well throughout the stay. This condo is in the perfect location for visiting Kauai. Easy access to all sides of the island. The condo itself was fully stocked with all the items you need for a short or long stay. We stayed 5 nights and cooked breakfast every morning and sat on the patio and ate and gazed at the ocean. It was the best! Bed slept very well and having 2 bathrooms make things very convenient. No fighting for getting ready space! AC worked very well too, very important for travelers from a hot summer climate. Also beach chairs, umbrella and other beach items are included! Thank you Cynthia for a great time!! We will be back!!

Everything it promised in the listing and more. Kitchen… quality appliances and ample dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils. Bathrooms clean with ample TP for our stay which a lot of places just give you a role or two and then you need to buy. That seems like a small detail but this property covers it all including the little things like that and I appreciate that kind of attention to detail. Washer dryer was a huge plus, full size and quality. Pool and beach towels quality and beach chairs and more were available for our use. Cynthia was responsive prior to and during our stay to answer any questions I had. I plan on returning to this property again!

This is our sixth stay in #22 at Poipu Kapili. Obviously we highly recommend it. Here are the highlights: 1) Walking distance to many restaurants. 2) Great entertainment center w/ all amenities. 3) Comfortable bed and furniture. 4) Well equipped kitchen including Nescafe machine( I want one!). 5) Complex herb garden a plus for those who like to cook. 6) Beaches walkable. 7) Owner easier to work with, and very informative packet provided. We'll be back.
