Great family vacation

Wonderful condo for our family of 4! Nice size, beautifully maintained property, and great location close to the beach. Parking was easy and the host communicated quickly and easily. Ac was a nice bonus, as well as beach chairs and coolers!

Condo is in great condition with comfortable seating and beds. Cold AC upstairs and in the downstairs bedrooms. Very short walk down the path to the beach. Check in and communication was great. Would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 nights in this welcoming condo. The location is great - privately situated, but walking distance to two great beaches. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The management company was super helpful and responsive when we reached out with any questions. We enjoyed our stay at NiHi villas! The villa was perfect. The were very comfortable. We enjoyed our walks to the beach from villa and the grounds staff were friendly.

Great vacation

The place was great. Good location, walked to Brennecke’s beach several times. Condo was well-stocked with kitchen, bath and beach supplies. Beds were comfy and air conditioning was well appreciated. Boys enjoyed playing tennis. They really liked that they could walk to the beach.

Good location

Very convenient and a beautiful property. We enjoyed the ocean access and the pool. Overall a good time. The stairs to use the bathroom were an inconvenience, but we should have seen them that in the description.

Spacious Condo in an Amazing Location

I stayed here with 3 friends and it was the perfect size and location for us. The property was very clean and the property managers were extremely responsive when I had questions. The two full bathrooms were perfect for 4 adults and the kitchen and living room area were great for downtime. The location was perfect too. We could walk to Poipu beach and could easily drive to other parts of the island for excursions. There were also several restaurants and cafes that were within walking distance, especially if you don’t mind a little bit of a longer stroll in the beautiful weather. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering!

We had an amazing vacation at Poipu! The location is luxurious and the views are breathtaking. The place is good value for the money you pay. However, we encountered some issues during our stay. There were grimy cups in the kitchen, the light in the bathroom was not working, and ants where everywhere on the balcony. It would have been perfect if these issues were addressed. Additionally, we found it difficult to navigate through the numerous emails sent by the property manager. It would be helpful if they could consolidate the information into one email instead of sending multiple emails. This would make it easier for tenants to keep track of important information.

Tolle Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Ebenso die gesamte Wohnanlage. Der Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche, Strandsachen, Badetücher usw.) und war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

An OK get-away in Poipu

The condo was well-maintained and clean, but a little dated. The AC worked great. The unit was spacious and quiet in a good setting. The common area bbq worked great, but with only two grills would be tough during busy season. Unfortunately, the septic system for the whole complex was failing so you could not enjoy the pool because it smelled like... well yeah. The kitchen appliances were all refreshed, but the utensils and staples were lacking. The beds were good and the bathrooms were recently remodeled.

We had a great time staying at the property for a week. It was definitely way larger than the two of us needed and easily could have accommodated a family with children or another couple. The unit is two levels, with the sleeping area on the lower level, so there is nobody immediately above you making noise when you're trying to sleep! Communications were easy and clear, including how to access the property, checking in/out, and recommendations for nearby activities and food! Location is awesome, just 5 minutes walk to Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach; a little further walk to nearby resorts so the area isn't overrun with people. Unit comes equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, pool noodles. Also conveniently located near the Koloa Fruit Stand, and a short distance driving from the Shops at Kukui'ula and Old Town Koloa for excellent food options.

Great overall experience

The property is very close to beach and well maintained. They provided beach towels, chairs & couple of floats and upon request they added pack-n-play for the baby. Overall we had great time at the house and hosts are pretty responsive. Thank you!

Traveling to Kauai

We were in town for business and found the property managers very helpful. We arrived a little before check in time and they helped us check in early which was very helpful. Close proximity to the beach, loved the AC in the unit and the layout of the condo!
