This property is EVERYTHING we hoped for and more. Amazing whale watching from the lanai and amazing views from the bedrooms. MA1310 was a hit with everyone in our group. The owners were VERY responsive to texts and emails and very helpful throughout our stay. 10/10 recommend! We will be back!

We had the perfect stay. Great condo with the perfect views. Watched dolphins and turtles everyday from our balcony. Koloa Kai management company was wonderful to work with and were in constant communication. I would recommend this condo and this company to anyone.

Walking distance to several of the best beaches. We love Poipu, and this condo was great for the two of us and our two almost adult children. Plenty of room, and wonderful so close to the waves. Well stocked, we cooked several meals here. The hosts were communicative and very responsive. Happy to recommend this place!

Beautiful views from the wraparound lanai and all bedrooms. Condo had nice big rooms and Well stocked kitchen. The location was great in a nice neighborhood. Easy parking. Easy walking. Lots of stairs as it’s a 3-level condo but we didn’t mind as the views were spectacular. Perfect place for our girls getaway!

The view and location of this condo cannot be beat. The condo could use some updating and it was not the cleanest place we have stayed. However, we spent very little time inside the condo with the great outdoor view and activities.

Our stay at this rental provided amazing views that cannot be beat, plenty of sleeping space for a family of four, and a convenient location to restaurants, shopping, and adventuring. We enjoyed the pool several times, as well as Poipu Beach. The unit itself needs a bit of TLC (like a new front door as the current one doesn’t fit at all), but overall we had a wonderful stay. Note: There are stairs, so we don’t recommend it to guests with physical limitations. Our family would definitely return to this rental because the views, crashing waves, whale and turtle watching, and location were simply the best!

Very comfortable, well furnished, quiet condo. The 3 bedrooms/bathrooms worked perfectly for our group. Terrific views of the ocean/sky through windows on each level. Watching dolphins was a special treat. Pool & hot tub were refreshing/relaxing. A quick walk to beaches, paths, stores, etc. Communication with property management was quick & helpful. We will definitely recommend this condo to others.

All was excellent! Clean and beautiful, well stocked, great ocean view from the lanai. The only downside to know going in is that the 3rd floor bedroom (loft) has no bathroom. Guests in that room must go to the main floor for a 'private' half-bath or enter one of the other bedrooms to share, unlike a shared hallway bathroom.

The condo had beautiful views. You could sit out on the deck all day and just watch the waves crash on the rocks. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture, however was very uncomfortable and half of it was actually outdoor furniture. The glass railings had netting asking you not to touch, which made it feel a bit unsafe. The house was mostly clean, although the floors could have been a bit cleaner as there was sand, dust and debris in various places.
