We have just added a private pool & Spa and a 5 th bedroom suite(3/12/25),We have not updated the video yet but have added a few photos. AC in all rooms of home. 5 master suites with private bathrooms, each with a private lanai. Gourmet Kitchen, Large lanai deck for BBQ and entertaining. 10 minute walk to famous Brennekes beach and restaurant. 10 min walk the other direction the Grand Hyatt and its fabulous beach and restaurant. Completely fenced back yard with Private Pool & Spa. The sound of crashing waves and soft ocean breezes greet you from every room. The house, property and location were all fantastic! Our large family of adults and kids had a great time! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were great for us to spread out and we loved the yard and games available!

Great stay

We were able to make last minute reservations after another reservation had issues. The house was as advertised, although the fourth bedroom is in the house but have to go outside to get in. Clean, spacious, easy to check in and check out. Surf boards, chairs, boogie boards were a nice plus. Everyone was very happy with our stay.

3 generation vacation

This lovely home worked beautifully for our three family, three-generation vacation. The location is ideal, an easy walk to Brennecke’s beach area where there was great boogie boarding, wading, plus a chance to see sea turtles and Hawaiian monk seals, both threatened or vulnerable species.

Family summer vacation

Excellent stay. Listing very accurate and helpful, location convenient, many amenities in the home to enhance the stay, and a responsive owner. The large VRBO provides for couple's privacy, as well as space for family togetherness.

Amazing location

This home is a great size and location!! Morning walks to the ocean was so amazing! Our family of 12 and all ages enjoyed this home so much! It is large and spacious for being together or find separate areas for some quiet time. The kitchen was well supplied and spacious enough for cooking together. The deck was fantastic with so much room for visiting. Having 4 full bathrooms and 4 half baths made it so nice. Gabe was very good at responding to a couple of concerns we had.

Perfect house

For a party of 12 the house offered everything. Large places to hang out, fun activities to do in the yard, plenty of toys to take to the beach. A large table we could all sit around.

Just what we wanted.

What a great house. It is large, but intimate. The 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children, were able to comfortably share the home. And, mornings on the lanai were a treat. Location is prime, as close to everything, but neighborhood quiet. Could not have been better.

Spectacular home and location

We had a wonderful stay in this ultra spacious and comfortable home. Brennecke’s Beach (excellent for boogie and body boarding) and Poipu Beach (great family beach with decent snorkeling) were a short walk away. Brenneke’s Restaurant was delicious and right there as well. The home was well laid out and we had everything we needed. We hope to come back to this beautiful home and area!

Great Stay

The house is in a great location and was perfect for our group. The four bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms were perfect for our group and gave us plenty of space/privacy. We spent most of our time outside on the lanai, which has a great view of the ocean and is a perfect spot for the entire group to hang out. We have two little girls and we appreciated how well equipped the house was with beach towels, folding chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, surf boards, etc. We would certainly stay again in the future.

Lovely home in Poipu

Our large group had a lovely stay and had lots of fun at the house. Our only complaint was that the upstairs kitchen and living room were like a sauna most days due to lack of A/C during our visit in early November, when temperatures were about 83 degrees each day.

My family stay at this house was remarkable!! It had absolutely everything you could ever want in a getaway, it had the views, bathrooms in each room, speakers on every floor to get that vacation vibe going! We give it a 100/10 it was that perfect! All you need is to supply the food and you’re vacation is set!

Nothing short of perfect

Booking was super easy. The host quickly and smoothly helped us add another day to our reservation when I asked. The property was extremely clean. The cleaning/check out requests were minimal, especially for how luxurious this home is. I'm not even going to attempt to describe how perfectly gorgeous yet homey and comfortable this place is. It's even more amazing than the pictures and very reasonably priced for the area. Do yourself a favor and book a week at this house with loved ones, walk to Puka Dog, and enjoy the magic of seeing monk seals sleeping on the beach at least 50 feet away.

Great Stay Best Wedding Reception Spot Ever

Me and my wife stayed here to host our wedding reception. We had a ceremony at shipwreck beach and were able to use this beautiful house for our wedding reception. I cannot imagine any better place to have a wedding reception. This place is the best and me and my wife cannot express how beautiful this house made our wedding. Stay here you will not regret it!
