  • Welcome to the King Kam Suite! Relax in a comfortable king bed and enjoy a newly renovated bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. The full kitchen is located on a screened-in lanai with easy access to the backyard. Outside, fire up the propane grill, relax on the loungers, or enjoy a meal at the umbrella table and chairs—the perfect setup for laid-back island living!

    There is a pool and jacuzzi in our neighborhood that is open to our guests!

    The greenbelt walkway from our neighborhood will take you on a beautiful 5 minute walk down to Shipwrecks Beach! We are close to many shops, stores, restaurants, and beaches- a prime location on the south side!

Location was perfect for 10 minute walk to convention at Grand Hyatt and beach. Never made it to the pool, not sure where it’s at. 2 minute drive to poipu beach where 20 large turtles were resting and beautiful sunset. The use of chairs, umbrella, ice chest and snorkeling gear was very convenient.

Convenient Location

Location was very good for us. We snorkeled most days at Poipu Park Beach and Lawai Beach and found very good dinners at La Spezia and Koloa Kitchen.

Wish we had more time!

A wonderful home base for our (too brief) stay in Kaua’i. It was nice to have our own kitchen and access to outdoor spaces. The host is a great communicator and was available for anything we needed.

We loved everything about this place. Sleeping in the super comfortable bed with the windows open to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, the awesome shower, the views, the kitchen, the decorations, the pool, walking to an amazingly picture perfect cove a few houses away, the kindness of our hosts (they set out a bottle of wine for our stay, gave excellent suggestions on places to see and dine and let us pet their sweet cats). This place was definitely worth the splurge. We had the one bedroom suite that was upstairs facing the ocean.

Ah-mazing!

The onsite manager was courteous, prompt in responding and friendly. The home was very comfortable, and clean. So many amenities with a well equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden sitting area.Mahalo for a lovely staycation...I'll be back!

Great Local

If you are looking for a easy, relatively cheep stay with a great local (Poipu is ideal for day trips to the north side and south side of Kauai), then this is the place. Property manager/owner is very helpful!

Great Value, Excellent Location

Easy check in, the host was very accommodating and responsive. Fantastic location as there are several places worth seeing only a short walk away (Shipwreck beach, the green belt, Poipu Beach Park). Nice kitchenette with full appliances and basic needs to make a frat meal at home. Bathroom was updated and the place was very clean.

Our villa offered us homey hospitality! Personalized our needs-Cam, the owner, was nothing short of helping in our stay being so much more than we anticipated. The location is our favorite of the several we had stayed in previously. Walking paths, welcoming neighborhood, close beaches…definitely 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️highly recommend

In a residential area of fine homes. It has a laid back feel to it. Close to everything I needed. Very quiet at night time. Owner nice and friendly. Would come back again.

Perfect Location

This cute bungalow was perfect for the two of us. A short walk to the beach with beautiful sunrises. The beach was perfect for exploration and the condo had all the things you need for an afternoon on the beach. The bed was comfy and I loved the open air kitchen. It was perfect for breakfast and the occasional lunch when we just didn't want to leave. The outside area had loungers, table, and grill. Everything about this location was amazing.

Fantastic Unit

We enjoyed staying in the king kam unit. We would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the screened in kitchen and dining room. We had every thing we needed. The location was perfect for all the activities we did. I am glad we did not stay at a hotel in over crowded Poipu.

Great Location - Friendly Host

I found this property to be exactly as described and loved the quiet neighborhood it was located in. The walking path is super convenient in getting around to a couple of the beaches and even to a hiking path that takes you along the southern coast. Beautiful scenery. In addition, having access to beach accessories was a nice touch. There were body boards, beach chairs, floaties, snorkels and masks, etc. Cam, the host, is very accommodating and available if you have questions or concerns while staying in the unit. Check in and check out were both a breeze.

Great price, far more comfy than stuffy condos

We loved our stay here. BBQ worked great for our ribeyes. Nice big bathroom with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Comfy bed. All the beach supplies and boogie boards we needed. We were so comfortable here. We stayed at a ‘nice’ (stuffy) Princeville condo before we finished our our trip here. I much preferred Cam’s place. Loved the kitchen. Will come back next year.

Owner was very nice and gave clear directions and had lots of nice beach gear to loan. It is kind of a boarding house situation with different guests in different bedrooms I missed that it wasn't air conditioned in the description. Temp was ok at night but pretty warm mid afternoon. Easy walk to beaches and pool. Meh bed.

Very cute spot, loved the semi-outdoor lanai/kitchen, a short 10 minute walk down the trail from a couple of beautiful beaches, and chairs and other beach necessities provided!Our host was very helpful in ensuring our needs were met and working with us when our flight out was delayed.
